Terms of Service
Effective date: August 12, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the APM Customs Brokerage employee operations system and its Gmail integration.
Authorized use
APM System is intended for authorized APM employees and other users approved by APM. Users must access the system only through their assigned account and only for legitimate company business within their role and permissions.
Gmail connection
A user may voluntarily connect the Google account whose email address matches the email registered in their existing APM account. Connecting Gmail does not create another APM account. The integration is used to send JO messages initiated by the user through that connected mailbox.
User responsibilities
- Keep APM and Google account credentials secure and do not share them.
- Confirm recipients, attachments, subject, and message content before sending.
- Send only authorized, accurate, and business-related material.
- Do not misuse the service for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, or unauthorized disclosure.
- Report suspected account compromise or incorrect access promptly.
Documents and records
Users are responsible for the business information and documents they submit. APM may retain operational records, attachments, delivery history, and audit information for business continuity, legal compliance, accounting, security, and internal review.
Availability and changes
APM may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Availability may also depend on internet connectivity, Google services, scanner software, and other third-party services outside APM’s direct control.
Access suspension
APM may restrict or terminate access when employment or authorization ends, when required for security, or when a user violates these terms or company policy. Users may disconnect Gmail at any time from their APM profile or Google Account settings.
Privacy
Our handling of account information and Google user data is described in the APM Customs Brokerage Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and responsibility
The service is provided for APM’s internal business operations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, APM is not responsible for interruptions or losses caused by unauthorized use, incorrect recipient information entered by a user, third-party service outages, or events outside APM’s reasonable control.
